History: Built in the 1990s, this building developed moisture penetration problems early in its life cycle.

Scope: Removal of masonry veneer to install pan-flashing over lintels.

Challenge: Matching brick to the unique size and color of the building’s brick masonry veneer. Securing masonry during flashing installation.

Result: Custom brick made and installed after flashing system complete with weeps, end damns, and masonry wall ties installed.
