History: Typical 1920s multi-wythe brick masonry construction in Chicago’s North Shore Gold Coast area.

Scope: Investigate deflected masonry areas and stabilization of dangerous and hazardous condition.

Challenge: Stabilizing unsecured masonry veneer without loss of structural integrity.

Result: Large-scale exterior stabilization designed and implemented. Lead to safe and successful veneer stabilization and secured the structural component of building.
